Oliver & Hasani Limited, Trading as Oliver & Hasani Solicitors was incorporated on July 2011 and was authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in August 2012. It was set up by Naim Hasani a distinguished and well known Immigration/Public Law Solicitor, with the cooperation and guidance of Mr Rodney J Oliver, a long serving solicitor with over 60 years of experience and a former Immigration Judge at the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the First Tier Tribunal.

Oliver & Hasani Solicitors is a relatively small, London based law firm, specializing in all aspects of immigration and asylum applications and appeals, British nationality law, including deprivation and nullity of British citizenship, all applications and appeals related to Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2016 as amended by the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2019 concerning European Union law, human rights law and Judicial Review and Public Law. We undertake publicly funded work and privately find matters.
