Klaudia Gashi is a Level 2 Accredited Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme. She deals with both legal aid and private cases.
Her casework consists of Asylum claims, appeals, victim of trafficking, detained clients, and judicial review applications. Klaudia has experience dealing with very vulnerable clients.
Her areas of work also include applications for leave to remain in the UK. These vary from marriage applications/unmarried partner applications, parent routs, entry clearance for family members, visit visas, European Economic Area (EEA) applications, British nationality, British nationality deprivation matters, as well as challenging Deportation Orders.
