SRA Accreditation Level 2 Supervisor since 10/1/2005; Law Society Advanced Caseworker Level 3; SRA Level Two Re Accreditation; Legal Aid Agency Peer Reviewer in the Immigration/ Asylum Category since September 2008.

At Oliver and Hasani Solicitors have managed successfully a range of complex cases in the field of immigration/asylum/public law and particularly on DAC cases for which the firms has an LAA contract.

Specialises in particular with detained asylum casework, appeals and advocacy work whilst supervising and training Assistant Solicitors and Caseworkers in asylum and immigration law to ensure we consistently deliver a high quality of service to our clients.

She is passionate about law and delivering excellent quality care to our clients, who in many cases are highly vulnerable individuals who have come to this country to claim asylum, having escaped persecution in their respective countries of origin. This also include but not only the victims of trafficking and domestic violence.
